About these terms
These terms apply to using this website. Any conversion work is governed by the written quote and contract we give you before work begins, not by this page.
Guide prices
Prices shown here are typical UK figures for each type of garage, given to help with budgeting. They are not quotes. Your price is the fixed, itemised figure we provide after the free survey.
Pictures and drawings
Images labelled “(Design visualisation)” or “(Illustration)” represent typical conversions and are not photographs of particular finished projects.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate, including what it says about planning, Building Regulations and council fees, but it is general guidance and fees change. We confirm the position for your property at the survey, and your local council or Building Control body confirms it where necessary.
Your enquiry
Sending the form does not commit you to anything. Your details are handled as set out in our privacy policy.
Links
Links to other websites, such as map providers and councils, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page applies whenever you use the site.
